The hearing aids, although very expensive ($5000!) do not work properly. At the present moment, they become entangled with one's Covid 19 mask, and I have lot first one, which was expensive to replace with a "one-time" replacement hearing aid, then another, at which time I had owned them and tried everything with them for months, so I gave up, and bought an $89 set on line WHICH WORK EXCELLENTLY! I wish I had done this earlier and I recommend anyone (who has "normal" hearing loss) to do this.
