Double the quote. They lost some of my possessions, and after 40 emails back and forth offered me nothing for it. They were late for pickup, and gave me 7 new times before eventually showing up. Gave me other peoples belongings and didn't take them back. Don't be fooled by the 5 star reviews, they are fake!
I had an awful experience with this company. They nearly tripled my original quote and threatened to drop my belongings off in a facility in Scarborough if I didn't pay immediately. The manager was cold and condescending, unprofessional, and rude. It was outrageous and I was of course devastated. To top it off my daughter's dresser was broken and there was substantial damage to other items during that move. We are so disgusted and have reported to Better Business Bureau and CBC's Gopublic.
Worst experience ever.The quote was double the final price.They charged base on the weight of items,but they do not weight the items infront of you,there is noway for you to confirm/deny the final weight/cost.The movers were suppose to show up between a time frame of 12-4pm.They showed up after 5pm,which caused me to miss the elevator I had to pay to book.My furniture was taken to a storage facility and delivered the next day.When I finally received my furniture it was serverly damaged.
Most of my stuff made the trip from Winnipeg to Ottawa. Unfortunately I wanted, and had expected, all of my stuff to make. Dealing with this company was a hassle from the second they got my things loaded into their truck. The final price was double what they quoted for a one bedroom apartment. My wife and I hired Trillium to move our belongings from a storage unit in Fredericton to our new home in Calgary. We chose them from a large pool of big and small movers that all had good and bad reviews. Overall our experience was poor, but from what I've learned since sharing experiences with many people who have hired many different movers, it was a typical moving experience. Maybe the whole industry is broken. Maybe the rates are too low to be able to provide consistently good service.
I have moved four times in the last three years and this was the easiest move yet. My crew arrived exactly on time, they were pleasant and professional, First of all they stuck all items in our premises and then they loaded on to the trailer. They really did tough job in both side. It was wonderful having them around, letting them take care of everything that needed to be moved. I am astonished with their careful, professional and affordable service.
Excellent service from booking through to actual removal with friendly, professional staff who couldn't do enough to help us through the process, The office showed really good customer service with quick quote and constant communication. I am very happy to recommend them to my friends and all.
The movers were so friendly and nice. Management is fabulous as well. They are quick to respond to all e-mails or inquiries about their moving company. Just all around a great experience! They arrived on time and the movers were more than polite as well as quick. very good. A bit more pricey then the others but worth every penny. no headaches at all or damages. I could not be happier and I tell all my friends that are moving about this company.

Overall the guys did a wonderful job. The crews were nice and friendly to work with. Everything on my moved went well!! They worked hard and fast and finished on time, I was impressed with my moved. They managed the packing and moving with great skills and guess what, charged the same amount mentioned in the original quote!!! Keep it up good job guys.
