Buyer Beware - not a reputable spa.

This was not a good experience. My appointment started 45 minutes late. I watched as they took walk ins before me, obviously because I had a dealfund voucher and they commented on that. I did not get my massage, they refused it because I was pregnant. I suggested a foot and shoulder massage instead and they agreed but then never performed it. They tried to upsell me before I even got in the door. They left me in the room alone for my mask for over 15 minutes, I had to get up and call for her to come back. They could have performed the massage then but instead she was socializing with other staff in the lunchroom. I was very disappointed. Very unprofessional and not a real spa. One positive - the eyebrow threading was very good!
