Poor Work Quality I had issues with my engine water pump and timing chain. They had to bring down the engine for the repairs. When I picked up and drove home, I noticed it didnt sound right. I popped up the hood to find vacuum hoses were not connected, coolant return hose wasnt fasten and battery wasnt bolted, the AC wasnt working and the steering wheel is not centered. I checked with them and they told me to get AC recharge and alignment for the wheel which they dont do. Extra cost for me.

Excellent tech and shop highly recommended

I have been taking my car to this repair shop for service repeatedly. Shazam is a good mechanic. However very busy man. whenever I take my car to him to fix something, he does it in a very rush way so he can never finish his job neatly. He either forgets to put back everything the way it was or break something. or he doesn't check. as well he charges like a dealership. I don't think I will be back again.
