Kuefler Law is crooked and deceitful. They were hired to handle my mom's estate and have botched it continually. Had to file complaints with the Alberta Law Society. Darius Bennett, the lawyer assigned to the estate, is now trying to bill time and money to the estate for disciplinary hearings he has been subjected to for his incompetence. Definitely do not recommend.

Poor Communication

Regarding two separate lawyers with this firm: Does not return calls, does not document conversations, does not follow through on arrangements, sends time sensitive documents months late. Very dissatisfied, very frustrated
