Marlborough Park Dental Clinic

Very professional and friendly staff. I visit this clinic 3 times a year and have been the regular customer for the past 15 years or so. I always get a reminder for my appointment a day or so. I would recommend this clinic to everybody!

Unbearable receptionist! Zero people skills!

I cancelled my appointment well ahead of time. I constantly got phone calls from the same receptionist. The receptionist kept asking me when I am going to book my appointment, even after I told her I do not know. 3 days later, another call from her with the same question. I gave her the same answer, I do not know because of my work schedule. Another few days later, another call. This sounds ridiculous, but she called me with the same question for about 2 months. I don't think her English skills were good enough to understand my simple response. I am assuming it's the older vietnamese lady. Eventually, I made time in my schedule to come in for an appointment. The lady called and I scheduled with her. At the end of the conversation, she mentions "don't forget to bring your money". I was shocked! I paid everytime I came in. The other receptionists are great! This one older Vietnamese lady is unbearable! I don't understand how she could be a receptionist if she doesn't understand simple English. Her response to everything is "yes", "ok", "um hmm".. even when she doesn't understand a single word I'm saying. I had to leave this place permanently because of her!
