I am giving this review strictly to Miss Celine, the new director of the school. She started as lead teacher late last fall and has been an absolute ray of sunshine at Alberta Montessori Ltd. My daughter instantly connected with her.
The news that Celine is the new director of the school is going to mean wonderful things for this little school. She has a clear understanding of the Montessori Method and treats the children with a respect, and sincere kindness that was previously lacking.
My child started at this school recently. I am amazed at the difference I see in him already! He has a fantastic teacher who is also new and he can't wait to get to school! All in all, I believe he is having and a positive and fulfilling montessori experience!
To many kids in the space per student ratio I expressed verbally that I wanted to discuss this with Diana several times. I was pushed aside. I finally got frustrated and we removed our child from the school. I was promised a certain amount of money back and the cheque that they sent to me was cancelled and dishonored by the bank. When I sent an additional email to discuss the situation I was ignored. What a POOR way to run a business! VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!!
I found Montessori school good till strength of kids was 25-35 in a single batch, but nowadays strength is increasing tremendously and Director is allowing admission every month and this is really affecting the standards of the school.Now kids are more and teachers are less and I found less activity among kids because of this reasons.
They are really degrading their standards now.
