TB Nice One Nails

They always do an amazing job on my nails and pay attention to what I ask for. Make sure I like the shape, design and end result! The hand massage after my manicure is definitely worth noting.

Did acrylic manicure 1) Did not soak my hand, did not clean the cuticle. Went right to the dremel tool thing to strip the nails. 2) Cut my finger while filing. Used a dirty file that they used on someone else. You could see the dust from someone else’s nail residue. Made me ill to watch as it was caked on. 3) Felt rushed 4) Rude to speak another language around customers, feels like they are talking behind people’s backs. 5) Cleanliness is not a strong point in this establishment.

The old lady/owner does a horrible job. I cannot believe i even paid for my services...I actually walked out 1/2 way through. DO NOT waste your time or money here. There are much better places for the same price...the english was not spoken well and the other women getting treatments were struggling to communicate their needs and wants....too bad sooo sad!

Had a mani/pedi here today. Clean location, friendly staff, did a great job. Will definitely be back
