Although, yes, this bank is a trust which it was an amalgamation, and had at least one teller. The other actual branch locations are very far away from me and highly inconvenient for me as I do not have a car.
Customer Service is not in their vocabulary. Was promised a call directly after the long weekend, called on Tuesday then twice on Wednesday - with no reply, no out of the office message. Finally called the Manager on Thursday, because again the agent never answered their phone, only to be transfered to agent and was told they were at a training, couldn't call. Our businesss certainly isn't important enough to call or have someone else when promised. Banked with TD for over 30 yrs, sad service!
