WOW!! So nice to deal with an affordable mom and pop business,rather than a high priced chain store. Great friendly service and he REALLY takes care of his customers.I didnt realize it at first,but he also sells decent quality clocks/watches at fair prices.HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Extremely disappointed, heartbroken. An heirloom mantel clock w/Westminster Chime was taken in for servicing. The notes were changed in two places and now, effectively, do not sound the original Westminster Chime Manager said there were many types of Chimes (?) and maybe we had forgotten the actual notes/sequence. We asked for the Chimes to be restored Clock was picked up two weeks later, the chimes still wrong. Manager said there was nothing he could do. No refund, no credit.
