Kevin a Salesman is arrogant, rude and verbal degrading. First time his son came for estimate on our windows now his father, KEVIN. That one was that rude I ask him to leave. Our mistake wasting the time of theirs and ours as this was the second time we contacted them. In our opinion the staff is rude and seem not trained to answer questions but act arrogant and demeaning . That is our experience with them therefor we choose not to go with them as Window Company.
WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! THEY GO ABOVE AND BEYOND TO PROVE THAT TO YOU. I ORDERED BLINDS FOR MY HOUSE I WANTED TO DO CURTAINS UPSTARIES SO I TOLD THEM TO INSTALL ONLY FOR MAIN FLOOR AND BASEMENT. THEY TOLD ME GUY WOULD COME A INSTALL AT 5:30 BUT INSTEAD SHOWED UP AT 9 IN THE NIGHT. EVERYTIME I CALLED THEM THEY CUT THE PHONE ON ME. THEN WHEN THEY INSTALL THEY INSTALL FOR THE BEDROOM AND NOT DOWNSTAIRS WINDOW. INSTALLER DOESNT WANT TO LEAVE THE HOUSE AND SAYS HE WANTS TO TAKE OFF ALL THE BLIND
