I had the most worst experience with them. I ordered a Toyota Prius 2022 Two weeks ago. They promised me the car will arrived in 5 months but they canceled my ordered and told Toyota Canada canceled the order. I asked Toyota Canada and all other dealerships they told Toyota Canada does not cut any order. Cochrane Toyota provided me false information and betrayal me. They have wasted my time. It���s not worth to visit there. They scam people.

Probably the quickest sale ever after my car was stolen. Thanks Jeff, for getting me into the Venza. Made a stressful time a little less stressful
Service dept was exceptional in that they got me in late in the day with a last minute request. Went above and beyond. Excellent service and much appreciated.
The great advertised price of the RAV4 convinced me to drive to Cochrane Toyota and I’m so glad I did! I normally find the process of buying a vehicle stressful, but Taylor and Mike were patient, knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with. I drove away in my beautiful new SUV, knowing I got the best deal possible.

Shaun in theService Department was unbelievably helpful to me yesterday. I brought the vehicle for diagnosis and they found the problem and are caring for me in the process of getting everything fixed. I’m really grateful and impressed.
I have been purchasing cars and getting my service done at Cochrane Toyota for years. Every appointment has been exceptional, I should have written this review years ago. When its a pleasure to buy or lease a car it speak incredibly highly of the organization. Thanks to the service and sales staff!
