After 8 Floorings

After countless calls to come fix their shotty install on the flooring in my new build, and the promise they would send someone to fix it I have given up on hoping they would stand by their work. The fact that most of my flooring in now pulling or sliding away from the walls. There is an 1/2 inch to an inch separation from my walls to where the floor starts. So disappointed in this company.

Excellent service from beginning to end. The sales person was great, had some very helpful suggestions. Everything came as promised, on time and installed beautifully. No issues of any kind and we get rave reviews from everybody who comes in the house.

Bad installation,bad service,bad quality.But they do get 5 stars for passing the buck.Buyer beware.I only gave 1 star because the sight wont let me give less
