I had gone to this clinic in Edmonton 2 years ago for a left nasolabial fold that was starting to form. I asked the nurse Shelley to fill the fold. Instead she put filler in front of the fold and said this looks better. I did not understand why she put filler in that spot but I trusted this woman thinking she had my best interest. NOW, this filler created a very VERY PRONOUNCED fold on my left side. I had it dissolved but now I have a deep fold. Very malicious act. Avoid going here.

I've gone to external affairs a fair share of times for different things such as facials and fillers and I absolutely love them! They are so accommodating to my schedule and fit me in the same week of calling it is wonderful. Love you guys Andrea
