new owners of our building in Sherwood Park. Since they took over 6 months ago its like a dark cloud has come over us here. What used to be very friendly and helpful building management and maintenance has turned to a very rude condescending manger and poor building maintenance. It's July 6 and they are just cutting the grass for the first time. Lots of complaints to company about the manager but they don't seem to care.

the building management are terrible . Even though its a family building the female manager yells and swears at the kids to go play somewhere else and the building is rarely cleaned.The customer service in this building is the worst i have ever seen and speaking with other tenants there will be quite a few vacancies coming up due to there behavior .
