Riverbend Cleaners

Riverbend cleaners absolutely ruined the drapes that I gave them for cleaning. The rubber backing on the drapes was split and torn in many places. The drapes are no longer usable. Other dry cleaners will 'test small areas' of fabric and will let the customer know whether the cleaning will be safe for the fabric. When I went back to Riverbend Cleaners, they refused to take any responsibility for the damage they had done to my drapes. They wouldn't even refund my cleaning bill! Very poor service!!

Riverbend Cleaners always does a fantastic job with all my dry cleaning. Customer service is exceptional. Love them!!

They over charge ...

They over charge big time. They are rude and horrible to deal with.
