We are a bit confused by our experience. Initially, we were more than pleased with the work Paul and his crew did. They were on time, worked long days, did any trouble shooting without a lot of drama, we were very pleased with the result. Unfortunately some of the work needed to be put off because the brick mold for finishing the windows wasn't readily available. 3 months later and 5 promised dates, but still no finished windows. Just leaky unfinished work...
