Not open as advertised when I went to pick up my cleaning
I am FURIOUS and will never be using this establishment again. I had scheduled to pick up a suit I had brought in to be cleaned on Saturday. The hours advertised and posted on the door say that they are open until 3:00pm on Saturdays. I arrived at 2:45 to find the doors locked and the lights off. There was no kind of sign posted to say that they had closed early and to apologize for the inconvenience.
