Just wanted to give a heads up to anyone who may have bought a community coupon book and still have coupons they are intending to use or pass on coupons in good faith... Just walked out of Cat B Lou, and they would not honour my coupon. Apparently they changed ownership and the new owners aren't accepting. With a face value of $40 worth on coupon, I'm glad I was using it for my sons $15 hair cut but would have used one of my many other hair coupons had I have known. Hope this saves someone some grief.
Great hairstylists! I was greeted when I came through the door, asked if I wanted coffee and had it made for me :) left feeling good about my hair and didn't cost me an arm and a leg! I would recommend this salon
I love going to Cat-B-Lou! I have gone to many salons all over the city and I finally feel comfortable and welcome here. Someone always brings me a coffee within minutes! My stylist Sarah is a "care" dresser not just a hairdresser! She always does a great job and is so friendly and inviting. My whole family now goes to Cat-B-Lou!

Mediocre at best....
Mediocre at best. My stylist was kinda rude and made me feel like I was bothering her. I didn't get a chance to see any other stations but the one I was at was super gross and dirty. Residual hair and grime not from daily work. In assuming there are low standards there if that is allowed to go on at even one work station. All I got was a dry trim maybe 12 min in and out. Waste of 35$ if you ask me. Not impressed at all!

Everyone at the salon is so friendly! Sarah does a great job on my hair and eyebrows and is always suggesting great ideas for my hair. I leave happy every time! I recommend this salon to anyone looking for a haor dresser in Grandeprairie
Great service! Always greeted right away when I walk in. Sarah is excellent, always asks if i want a coffee before she starts on my hair. My hair is not the most nice to deal with. And she is very professional and finds new and exciting for me to love my hair! Many hairdressers in this town have troubles doing my hair, Sarah doesn't. :) I recommend cat b Lou!
I've had bad experiences in salons. When I went to Cat B Lou I was worried I would spend $220 and look horrible. The Cat B Lou stylist I went to was amazing. She was nice, polite and she understood what I wanted. She made me look amazing and it was cheap. I would definitely recommend Cat B Lou. They are amazing. They'll make you look good for less.
