Brady charged me ...
Brady charged me for a deposite, I gave him pictures of a certain flower to make a design for me and I booked an appointment with him. He just sent me a sketch of a completely different flower. I told him that I didn't ask for this, so he canceled my appointment and told me that he will fix his mistake soon. I followed up a few times last few months, but he never gave me an answer. And when I ask for a reimbursement of my deposite, he just told me that when he canceled my appointment I didn't re-book another one. Bad customer service, bad design, bad attitude. I don't recommend this place at all.
