The quality medical service you will receive through both the physio and medical departments are clouded by the poor service provided at the front desk.
Expect to have to call in multiple times before anyone answers the phone, regardless of time of day, this can continue for days at a time before you can book an appointment. Busy clinic which means long wait times. Front desk staff is curt, rude, and not approachable. They make you feel like you are interrupting their day by trying to book another appointment or by asking them a question. They seem to have forgotten they are in the service industry and public sector.
If you aren't offended or put off by the front desk staff, it is worth seeing the medical staff, who are professional and polite. However, the front desk staff may have you so appalled you decide to look for another place to go. They certainly aren't good for business. This is an unfortunate situation considering how difficult it is to find a family doctor or a good physiotherapist. Perhaps they need to extend their focus to the front desk if they would like to retain clientele.
