In house interactions with Dr Durante receptionist are outstanding. Kind and caring individual that exemplifies the quality and professionalism of this off. I am however disappointed that these practices are not carried forward to dealings on the telephone. Calls are not returned in a timely manor if fact they have been in the "no response of any kind" category on more than one occasion. I am not sure of the two receptionists is responsible for these duties however " Crystal we miss you "
