    Very helpful and friendly, plus he gave me a good price on a garden tractor service for my mothers tractor. She also thought he was friendly. I would recommend him to anyone!

    He is not a frien...

    He is not a friendly person at all he is very rude. I would not use him again for anything. I would suggest using someone else if you need warranty work done by sears. Ask for a different person to do the work.
