Highly recommended Precision Piano movers. They are very professional and friendly and were a pleasure to deal with. They moved my extremely heavy player piano up a flight of stairs very efficiently. No damages incurred during the move, and amazing price as well.

I hired Precision to move a piano to the basement of a new bungalow I share with my 86yo mom. I had sent photos of the stairs in advance to confirm they'd have no issues. During the move, instead of calling my cell while I drove from the first location, they asked my mom whether they could move the piano "even though we'll likely break the top step." She said yes, reporting after that she'd felt pressured. They broke the step, quoted at $300 to replace. Too lazy to call me, the client.
Not a fantastic experience. Was told that they'd be performing the move between 1-4pm. I get a call at 11:15 saying they'll be there in half an hour, and another call in 15 minutes saying they were there. Reluctantly obeyed the condo association's rule about not moving large or heavy items through the front door. Then, left the site without waiting for confirmation on whether someone was going to be at the destination location, so they ended up having to wait for us to catch up.
Quick move of a piano from a living room to a bedroom. Made it look so easy! Very happy with the service.
