I was forgiving when some purchases disappeared from the trunk and never made it into my house, twice of a certainty over two years, but when I recently politely complained to the dispatcher about a drivers ineptness, and she was exceedingly rude to me, that was the end of my patronage to AB Gold. You have to be very careful with strangers driving you home.
Cab driver picked 5 of us up, and we handed him cash to pay for the trip. The cab driver dropped the money and hid it under his foot then proceeded to try and tell us we hadn’t paid him.
I would really rate zero star for their service. Dispatch guy was extremely rude to begin with and no way will ever call them again. Come on just be professional please respect your customers. Very terrible.
Friendly, Patient and helpful dispatch, and a friendly, professional and honest driver. A quick drive that was an enjoyable experience. I will definitely use these guys again. Keep up the great work.
