Contacted Mr. Fireplace for a clean / repair, all went according to plan. The tech they aent was well mannored clean. Then, the vacuum blew up, blew souit everywhere, didnt clean it up. We have to pay out of pocket to have that area cleaned as well as the furnace. The part was on back order, never got a call from them informing us, when the tech FINALLY came to install the part, he was paid, never left a receipt, never hooked up the fan. Now they will not even return our calls. AVOID AT ALL COST!! There are other fireplace repair centers in Red Deer that I am certan can do better. IF they can fix this mess up, I will gladly update this review, until then, it stays.
