As soon as my lease is up, I’m leaving there. Very poor customer service. Say they get back to you and never do. Then when you call to find out what’s happening their very rude. Will never rent from them again.

SIM bought the house I live in 6 months ago.They've never introduced themselves.I've emailed some inquiries and 0 of them were answered.I initially gave them 6 months in checks,I forgot this was the month they ran out.They told us that the rent wasnt paid. I went the next day to drop off 6 more months&they charged me a $50 late fee?Thats how you treat a good tenant who has paid rent on time&never caused any issues,by charging $50 because he made an error&corrected it as soon as possible?
