I have been going to Bettyann for 40+ years, since I was 11 years old and have always received a great haircut. She is an expert in cutting curly hair. I always get her to cut my hair when I come to town and travel 6 hrs to have her do it. Thanks so much Bettyann!
I have never had a worse experience. Christina, the stylest was totally unprofessional! She was very cold and hardly said a single word to me the entire time. She wold not tell me what was going on or a few times just dissappeared. She also opened all the bobby pins that she put in my hair WITH HER MOUTH!! That is not only unprofessional and unsanitary,its absoutley disgusting. I also got an eyebrow wax with her. My eyebrows look ridiculous. I will never ever be going back.
