I used this company's online print shop to print photos. I noted when using it that there was no indication of how long it would take the photos to be printed and ready for pick up. I emailed after I placed my order to ask how long it would take to have prints ready. I received no response. I then called the store two days after I placed my order and was informed that there is only ONE person who prints their photos and he's on vacation so they'd be ready whenever he was back from his vacation. There was no indication that they were not printing photos on their website and now my pictures won't be ready for the father's day project I needed them for. No problem, the girl explained that their pictures aren't usually ready until tues or wed anyways. That's great info you could POST ON YOUR WEBSITE so that people know not to print with you.
