Terrible customer service! They hung up on us over the phone when I asked to speak tot he manager and did it respond to our concerns about a framing job they did for us! They charged us outlandishly and did not offer or discuss the options of components ....then would not give a breakdown of their costs for the $800 Bill (for a 3 opening picture framing of our own photos!) won’t discuss a return with us. Very disappointing!

Please understand that we offer multiple options, and that we will not proceed without providing a price AND receiving approval.
