Located in St. Albert, this private training facility offers one-on-one training, small group training and Functional Interval Training large group sessions. Fitness coaches are available anytime of day for individual training. Small group training sessions are for no more than four members at a time – each person follows their own customized training program but with the support of a trainer and the other members of the group. The large group sessions include a mix of TRX training, kickboxing, strength training, cardio and spinning, and are limited to no more than 15 people.
