I took my sister in to do her drivers test today. The older lady at the counter was rude, demeaning, and excessively entitled. It was already a nerve wracking day for my sister and a smile and some manners would have been a great touch. I'll drive elsewhere for registration needs from now on, as will our family. It was a shame.
