I have used their services on three occasions. I do like the people however I find it pointless to call a cab to take me somewhere if they have to rely on me to give the full directions to the area I want to go. I dont understand why they have GPS if they aren't willing to use it. Also I found it rude that they take the longest routes to the destination. i can honestly say I wont cab with them again.. its easier to just bike or call a different company..

terrible service

I ordered a taxi and was told it would be almost an hour. I called again a few minutes later to confirm they were going to send one. 10 minutes later two taxis arrived and started talking to each other in punjabi through the car windows. When I tried to get into one of the taxi he locked the door and told me that I shouldn't have order two taxis. Then he drove away after saying something to the other driver. When I tried to get into the other taxi he told me I should have canceled the order and when I explained I only made one order he told me he could not take me and drove away. Then when I tried to call the company back they said they would not be sending any more taxis and when I explained I only ordered one they hung up the phone on me. This is the worst taxi experience I have ever had. When I tried to call them back again I would just here them pick up the phone and hang up to ignore my calls. Very unprofessional and the worst service I have in my entire life. Do not call this taxi company or any other affiliation they have.

Poor Service

I needed a cab to take me to the airport, so I called ahead to reserve a taxi. I was told that the trip would cost $20, and I was satisfied with the price. I needed them to pick me up at 5:00 am the following day, which I did specify, yet they sent someone at 5:00 pm that same day. I send that cab away, called the service again and told them again that I needed someone at 5:00 am the next day, and I also requested a more spacious car because of my luggage, and was told that it wouldn't cost me extra, so the $20 was again confirmed. The following morning the cab came, but the driver wasn't very friendly, and was checking something under his minivan first before he was about to drive away, but then another taxi from the same company stopped next to him, and they started talking in Punjabi to each other. Apparently two taxi's were sent to the same address. Not my fault. Finally my cab-driver drove away, starting out on South-Fraser way, but within a minute or two he turned around the car, because he decided it would be easier to take the highway to the airport. I thought it was odd, but didn't interfere, aside from just asking where he was going. I thought it was probably a shorter route. It really wasn't, maybe it was a little longer even. In any case, he ended up charging me $31 for the trip. I was stunned, but didn't say anything, just paid him the money, but I called the company from the airport and complained, and they promised to give me a $10 discount next time. However, when I contacted them again on my return trip to Abbotsford, the girl (Kulvir) who promised me the discount was "not available" and no one else knew anything about it. I will never ever use their services again, and will alert my friends not to use them either.

WORST SERVICE EVER!!!!

I reserved a wheel chair taxi 3 days prior to an important appointment. On the day of pick up I called the company an hour or so before the appointed time to confirm reservation. Was told no problem taxi would be there. Appointed pick up time came and went - called to find out where the taxi was only to be told it had gone out of town. No phone call from this company to say it wasn't coming they just left me sitting there. AFTER COMPLAINING they did call another taxi company to come. Ended up being late for appointment. Then they had the nerve to call me 5 hours later to see if I still wanted a taxi!! I DO NOT RECOMMENT THIS COMPANY AND WOULD NEVER USE AGAIN!!!!
