Attending this vet an excercise in futility. Pet was suffering from slipping on the stairs.Went to glenn mtn vet where he got a shot of metacam,sent home with liquid tramadol. Advised X-rays but as not reg vet. We took our pet home for cpl hrs pain relief,up again at 4am panting heavily in agony.. called This clinic again on emerg line 3x to get an answer. Rather coldly directed me to another vet to pay for whole checkup over again. In future any owner may want to skip the middle man (Glenn mtn)
