For an Island with a population of a littlle over 1400 people here always seem to have something on the go, with May Day celebations, soccer tournaments, Canada Day in July and Sea Fest in August.Occasions here are more for participants than spectators as everyone joins in on the fun.Dr. Ham at the annual soap box races. Given that our little island is so compact , you can easily walk or bike your way around. But bear in mind that there could be longish uphill climbs required to see everything, or to get to your accommodation.
