This hotel wasn't even close to be at the executive level, rudeness from your hotel staff and contractors which I did not deserve from the moment I stepped into the hotel, very poor service and unfulfilled expectations. I both attended a high profile conference at your hotel and stayed at your hotel overnight. Both experiences were absolutely garbage, definitely wasn't treated like an "Executive" but more like a rat under a bridge which no one cared about and wasn't treated with any respect! BAD
