Alder Park Apartments

Alder Park far exceeds what one would expect from an apartment rental. The building is lovely, well maintained and the property manager is approachable and kind. Any issues I’ve had have been dealt with in a timely and efficient manner. The other tenants are quiet and generally respectful of others. Many of my visitors have commented on the attractiveness and cleanliness of the building and I agree!

Love Alder Park Apartments. The application process through to securing the apartment was done professionally and very courteous. Love the bright apartment, and also that it is close to amenities. All tenants are respectful and quiet. Any items that need attention in apartment are done very quickly, and that is very much appreciated. Love our apartment, so glad we are living at Alder Park Apartments.

Some people have a problem with them selves, all is fine with us after just about a year and a half. Find no problem. bob

Although the building is attractive, clean, pristine, do not, DO NOT expect to get friendly service from the Property Manager. I have never met a more rude, condescending, contradicting person in my entire life. I would be totally shocked that at the end of the 1 year leases that she would have tenants that would be willing to stay. We are in her building a few months and are already looking for new accommodations. I never heard of suite inspections until we moved into her building.Disgraceful
