Their customer service is incredible. We thought our windshield was leaking allowing water into the car but when they took it apart they found handfuls of evergreen needles plugging the drain holes, which caused the rainwater to rise and flow into the heater core. Service tech cleaned it up and never charged us for his time! We highly recommend Insta-Glass!!!
I am a nurse at Chilliwack Hospital, and just got off a night shift to find my window smashed open! Kent at Insta Glass was awesome, he was so kind and fixed up my window so quickly. Best place in town to take your vehicle for windshield replacement. I called in the morning and they were able to get me in just after lunch and had my vehicle ready by 3pm. Awesome service! My vehicle sparkled, it was so clean, plus I got new windshield wipers and a bag of chocolates. 5 star!
Appointment booked next day, done in 2 hours, gave me a courtesy car while I waited. I cannot say enough about my great experience, simple, fast and easy! They even detailed my car and gave me new wipers & chocolate treats, they went above and beyond for their customer. We would highly recommend getting service done here. Heaven forbid, but if we get another rock in our windsheild you can guarantee we won't go elsewhere.
Immediate and professional service by both front counter and technician. We were on our way with a completed windshield chip repair (that included car vacuuming and gifts of yummy chocolates) within 15 minutes. Stellar service.......highly recommended.
Being a service provider myself, I was absolutely floored by the service and professionalism of this shop. Treated extremely well, I came in for a rock chip window replacement and they gave back my vehicle in showroom condition!!!

Great company, highly recommended! Friendly staff that are courteous and professional. My windshield was replaced quickly and on time. They also washed my car, shampooed the interior, gave me new wiper blades and a free courtesy car. What more could you ask for.
