Dr. Ozcan is a board certified Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon who graduated from the University of Detroit/ Sinai Mercy in Detroit, Michigan. He has had an active practice in Prince George since 1997, with the addition of a Fort St. John satellite practice in 1998.
