Such bad service. The salesman was awful and didn’t seem to know how to use his iPad. It took over an 1 1/2 to complete the sale of 2 items, if I didn’t really like the couch I purchased I would have left and gone elsewhere.
Ever since the new warranty company took over the warranty department at the brick, you get nothing but the run around, even when your paper work states that its completely covered! I've waited 5 weeks with broken chairs and they keep telling me they will call me back and never do, when I contact them thy just keep sending me from this person to that person! I've even contacted the managers and have had nothing figured out. From a person who purchased there whole house there, never again will I buy from the brick
