    Sears sent me to AA called to confirm.Brought vacuum in, they couldn't find record of work order request. Should have taken that as a sign. Left vacuum, said I wasn't in a hurry. Left it for a month, went back, they couldn't find it, found it. Then they said they hadn't had the part and put a new hose on(didn't need a new one). The problems I had told them were worse. Went elsewhere they took apart and told me the wires hadn't been reconnected that was the noise. Never use again!!!
