5 Petals Nail Spa

Very bad service. I had an appt but had to wait for an hour. I was told to wait, after 15 min I asked how long it will be, they said 30 min. Waited for 1 hr. Staff offered no apology for making me wait. The girl who did my nails behaved that she is doing me a favor. No smile.Cashier asked me for tip, which was very annoying. I don't want to give tip for such a lousy service and bad attitude

My visit to 5 Petals Nail Spa was the most disappointing experience I've had in a long time. The customers are not the priority for their very rude and disrespectful staff, especially the manager. After being there, I thought I was being used as a "guinea pig" for a training session. Try to avoid this place, if wanting to be treated as a customer and having a good manicure and pedicure done properly.

omg!!! excellent price and great service. i just walked in today and i was so impressed with their service. this is maybe the first nail bar i gave 5 star, that shows you really gotta go. i had great conservation with the new owner, Tammy definitely will come back soon :)
