If you own a boathouse at this marina and you sell it you will be required to pay the Marina $10,000 before they will allow the new owner to stay at the Marina. Not a huge issue if you boathouse is new and worth a significant amount, but if it is older then this is a significant portion of the sale price. Pretty much extortion for smaller boathouses.
The review I deleted wasn't posted by me this is my real opinion of the Lynnwood marina. I've had a relationship with this facility for well over 20 years from my dad renting space here to myself living on a float home here for over 6 years.the office staff and yard staff are always friendly, nice, and easy to deal with. I highly recommend this facility if you need moorage or servicing of your boat!
As a sailboat owner that you can look no further for the best boatyard and marine trades in the boating industry! Customer service was second to none. They are not only very very knowledgeable, but are willing to take the time to make sure you as a boater are educated so you are 100% informed and satisfied. The marine trades took care of fiber-glass patched and gel coated, internal refit, sails repaired, new rigging and engine running.

Vancouver’s best boatyard. Since the refit, my boat looks better than new. I found the service on-site certified marine contractors delivered excellent results at a decent price. The location was great as their was vast marine industry trades are in the area, friendly staff and good management to ensure I left satisfied.
