Absolutely destroyed my Gucci cashmere, scarf! They couldn't get the stains out which was okay but they destroyed the material. They went over a giant patch with what appears to be a wire brush! I cannot even dye it another colour now because they RUINED the fabric. Met with horrible customer service and lame explanation. Do not go here.
