Chefs Kebab welcomes you to their dining room. They are open after-hours from Tuesday to Sunday and are conveniently accessible by car. Payments by MasterCard, American Express and Visa are recognized.
Viren Chamoli doesn’t have a simple, homespun story of how he got started in the food industry. There are no boyhood tales of spending afternoons in the kitchen with his mother or skipping homework to experiment with dishes. Instead, the owner of Chef’s Kebab took a high-level, professional approach to cooking by training in five-star hotels in India. He wanted to learn from the absolute best in the industry and not leave anything to chance, and travelled this route so he could give diners the best experience possible.
“It’s a profession,” he says, “and profession makes us special.” Viren notes that while there’s more than one road to becoming a chef and restaurateur, his desire was to combine authentic Indian cuisine with Western dining traditions. “I feel happy when people appreciate that,” he adds.
Unassuming location adds to the charm.
After finding out about Chefs Kebab I have been back over the past year probably 15 times; so this review is not from a single visit... it is ALWAYS VERY GOOD!
The staff do a great job and it is a pleasure dropping in for lunch or dinner.
This place is worth the trip to try out if your not in the area, if you are in the area .... don't wait, try it tonight!! LOL
Enjoy!
