Expensive, but so far I’ve had nothing but good service. They’ve arrived in a pretty timely manner, the drivers have been polite, have got me to my destinations without messing around, and the vehicles have been clean and in good condition. Other than being terribly pricey, I have no complaints.
Called a cab at exactly 7:37 this morning and it only took 2 hours and 23 minutes to come pick me up. Worst cab company ever. They dont even deserve a half star for a rating
This Cab company should be shut down by the city. I came to town on business a few times a year. I have to wait anywhere from 1/2 hour to an hour and a half for a taxi. The man that works disbatch is extremely rude.
The drivers are nice. The one driver when I explained to him how rude the disbatch was agreed and said he is that way to all the drivers. He even showed me text messages from him. My question is why is the owner not putting more cars on the road and why does he have good people?!
This business is a disgrace to the terrace area, waiting 45 mins for a cab because dispatch has no clue what they are doing. Drivers are friendly if they show up. Terrace needs a competitor to show up and put these guys to shame.
