Many thanks to Liz who helped us coordinate our move from Stratford to Montreal. We had an unexpected surprise from the new landlords when we arrived at destination and had to suddenly look for a new place. But they were able to hold off the delivery date and were able to offer storage at their Ontario warehouse. We were happy to have this option. Final price and invoice process was great. We used Atlanntis Van Lines for a move from Airdrie in Alberta to Richmond area in BC. We had full packing service on one day and the loading the following day. Great service! Accepted our delivery on October 27 in our new home and we were very impressed. The delivery crew worked tirelessly and had offloaded everything within a few hours. Didn't take any breaks and worked hard in navigating where all the items needed to go. Had some boxes left over from the full packing.

I used them to move from Fort Mcmurray to Halifax. What an absolute joke of a company. Read all the realistic reviews they're clearly paying for fake reviews to get anything positive. All I have to say now that you're reading this if you care about anything you own pay the couple dollars extra to go with a reputable moving company. The most absolute trash company you could ever imagine to deal with.

I was impressed by Atlanntis Van Lines moving service! Their customer service and moving team were incredibly professional. I had initially booked with another moving company, but they cancelled last minute on me. Luckily I came across Atlanntis Van Lines because they accommodated me so quickly! I thought it would take longer than 3 weeks for my belongings to arrive especially during the pandemic, but it only took 3 days to arrive once they picked up my stuff. I highly recommend their services!

I contracted Atlanntis Van Services for moving services from Regina, SK to Victoria, BC. I would recommend for anyone considering hiring this company to be aware of the following: the initial quote is very misleading as it provides estimated based on 3000 lb weight; the pick-up and delivery dates are beyond your control; be vigilant with the final invoice; and (this is still causing some pain in my case) the Client Services are beyond any reasonable expectations. Worst company in terms of service and reliability! They ruined a lot of my furniture without compensation! and try to overcharge you for services you did not asked and just as so called mistakes! DO NOT use them and if for some odd reason you want to, make sure you check everything they send you and ask for detailed invoice and make clear if you want the wrapping service or you do it yourself!

Atlanntis Van Lines refuses to accept responsibility for damages that are due directly to their mishandling and negligence. Our possessions were damaged, ripped, shredded, crushed, battered, broken, cable ties cutoff, etc.) They would not even accept responsibility, or properly compensate, even after receiving photos. Avoid this company if you are planning a move cross country. Would not ever use them again or recommend them. This company should not even be in business.

Atlanntis Van lines delivered when we needed it the most. We were about a week out from the original move date and our original buyers had complications with their closing on our home. This required us to need a last minute storage option so we could make everything work out as we needed to. Atlanntis Van Lines not only provided us with the last minute storage option, but sent a proper quote and went through all of our inventory and details.

These guys were great as they worked within our schedule and had the best deal I could find. There were on time and wrapped our dresser, bed, and bookshelf in a protective plastic wrap so our things wouldnt get scratched. My old place was pretty small so I didnt have many things however they were efficient with their time and were friendly as well. Atlanntis Van Line is one of the many companies I received a quote from. The difference between them and the others is they gave me accuracy and honest information instead of low balling. No hidden fees, flexible with my schedule, helped me with all my questions. The pricing was almost dead on with the quote they gave me. Would seriously recommend Atlanntis if you are looking for an easy move.

we paid for the special handling of the piano, I sure am glad I paid extra to have the extra care they put into this. In the end, I paid about $500 to receive extra special handling and received what once was a pristine piano, damaged and scarred as a reminder of what good customer service is.

Very professional and accommodating! I was able to easily order boxes and moving materials by email and was received within one to two business days for reasonable prices. There were no hidden fees and travel, gas, and furniture wrapping were all included. The team was great and professional. They did a fantastic job and treated our items with care. We hired Atlanntis Van Lines to move my mother into a retirement home from Chilliwack to Thornhill. This is the 5th time that we have used them over the past 3 years and their service has always been excellent. They are reliable, courteous, and they really take care of your belongings. Between the office staff (who were very professional, friendly and attentive) to the crews that have moved my belongings, I can honestly say they get a perfect 10! I am very happy to say that the service was very good and what you would expect from a moving company. I have moved several times across the country and I have had bad movers and goods arriving damaged and delays with my pickup or delivery and also had good movers but at a very high price.

Id like to thank Atlanntis Van Lines Moving for helping me with my move from Toronto ON to Coquitlam BC. The loading went really fast. I didn’t expect that it will be that fast.The movers worked professionally. I have a lot of fragile and expensive items and they delivered them to Coquitlam sooner than I expected and all in one piece.That’s good. This move was a big deal to us. Weve never moved cross country before and weve never hired a moving company before. Once I had Atlanntis Van Lines involved, everything was much easier. The loading team was amazing. It was a real comfort to know that our items would not be removed and stored in a warehouse somewhere, only to be reloaded again for the move date – so no storage in the truck. Having the same driver at both ends also brought peace of mind, and Kevin was fantastic.
