HORRIBLE! customer service is very potty mouthed will get mad if you ask for a phone call upon arrival will cancel your cabs just don't even bother with this company go Vancouver Taxi or just go with Uber or Lyft!
I was on a medical appointment the cab driver was so helpful and nice even caring helped me into the cab with my wheelchair when we come back I will book it through them
These guys are great. We were visiting from out of town. I forgot my purse in the cab. I didn’t realize for an hour. I called and the driver returned it to the restaurant we were having lunch at. Friendly honest and accommodating. Can’t ask for more than that. Recommended
Dispatch lies about length of time you will be waiting, where you are on the waiting list. This was more than three separate occassions, there will not be a fourth! This latest wait was well over an hour!
By far the worst customer service provided by a company ever. 20 min on hold after waiting 40 min for a cab that was.cancelled by the company for no reason and then transferred to an answering machine. Terrible terrible terrible.
Ordered cab at 1 pm for pickup in China town and it took 47 min and 2 phone calls to get cab to me to take me home to Richmond . Bad dispatching by company and this is why uber can't get here fast enough for me. Weather was good and it was a Sunday so no excuse there!
