Farm Up

For several years I've played many games on Big Fish Games, I've purchased many games but now I have a BIG issue with the games I've purchased and a few free to play games that I have. For the past week I sent 2 emails with no response whatsoever from technical support about all of my games that will not load with the 809 error. Did everything they asked me to do. All of my other games from other sites are working perfectly with NO errors and just when it was getting really interesting in that game (Farm Up) suddenly it's not loading anymore... not just that game.. ALL of my purchased games also. I don't know what is the problem but it's very annoying not to be able to play with games that you paid for and that belongs to you.
