Horrible service. Bank makes it difficult to do business as their policies are too restrictive. They refuse to execute bank drafts by email and phone with verified legal documents provided that unequivocally verify ones identity. All other banks provide this service.you dont have to be in the bank to do so. TD is a detriment to doing business and after years of being a loyal customer all my accounts will be closed and will do business with a bank that understands the meaning of customer service.
